returns & shipping policy

shipping policy: Courier delays are common right now, so orders must be in by 10am Tuesday for South Island & RD addresses to receive your order by the weekend, or by 10am Wednesday for North Island, otherwise it will be received the following week.

return policy: Please keep in mind, this is a food product and we aren't able to offer returns or refunds, however if there are any problems with your order, please email us at hello@sheepdairy.nz and we'll sort it out.
